Junk Jokers is based in Middletown. Not a call center in Dayton, not a franchise out of Cincinnati. Our truck is parked off Central Ave and we know the back streets better than GPS does.

We started this company because Middletown needed a local crew that actually picks up the phone. With downtown getting a serious facelift the last couple years, the Sorg Opera House coming back to life, and the whole stretch near Governor's Square changing fast, there's a lot of old stuff that needs to disappear. Old sheds in backyards off Verity Parkway. Basement furnaces from houses near Central. Garages packed with twenty years of someone's grandpa's tools. That's our whole job.

We work the I-75 corridor from Monroe up through Franklin, but Middletown is home base. If you're in the 45042 or 45044 zip, we're usually there in under an hour on a regular weekday. Downtown apartments, the neighborhoods around Smith Park, the subdivisions on the east side toward Ohio 122, the older stock near Wildwood and Grand Ave — we've hauled something out of all of them.

Typical Middletown job? Someone bought a house near downtown, went to gut the basement, and ran into a mountain of old paint cans, a broken water heater, a busted washing machine, and about 40 years of holiday decorations. They called us, we quoted it in five minutes, and the whole thing was gone before dinner. That's the normal day around here.
